STMath
STMath is a self-paced math curriculum. STMath is very good at developing conceptual understanding of the standards. Your student's progress will be monitored throughout the year. Students log in using a program called CLEVER (clever.com) both at home and when they are using their school issued iPads. When accessing STMath and not using clever, the students will need either a tablet with the STMath app, or a computer to use the stmath.com website. The students will need to know their picture password if they are not using Clever.

My STMath policy is to monitor student progress all year. Each month has a percentage score the students are expected to meet. I will record their score as: percentage of completion / the expectation for percentage of completion. This score will be entered into my grade book and will be counted as a quiz score.
I will occasionally send home progress reports. If your child has fallen behind, your student will be asked to spend additional homework time catching up! You can have your student show you their progress at any time by having them log in with their picture password. The first screen after their password shows a number in the lower right corner. This is their grade level - for us, it is a 5 for 5th grade. If you push and hold the bar immediately under the 5, it will pull up their STMath percentage of completion.
